CEPHE 81 is an iOS strategy game by Semih Kaya. This page explains what data the game uses and why. In short: no ads, no tracking, your data is never sold. The game uses only the minimum it needs to work.

No account
CEPHE 81 has no email or password account. On first launch you choose a nickname and the city you play for; the app creates a random player ID. This ID is not a device identifier and is not linked to anything else.
Data sent to our server

Not collected: your real name, email, phone number, location (your city is a game choice; device location is never used), contacts, photos, advertising identifier (IDFA) or device identifiers.
The server sees your IP address to connect, but does not store it.
Anonymous usage statistics
To improve the game (for example, where players get stuck or how long matches last), the app collects anonymous usage statistics. For this it creates a random install number used only for this purpose; it is not linked to your nickname, player ID or any device identifier.

Your taps, in-match moves, nickname, player ID and location are not sent. The data goes to our own panel (uygulama.semihkaya.tr, on the same server in Türkiye); no third-party analytics service is used. You can turn it off at any time in Settings → Anonymous analytics; unsent records are deleted too.
Your Shadow
If a friend challenges you while you are offline, your Shadow plays in your style. It is a play-style profile derived from your match moves (for example, how often you attack). You can turn it off in Settings → Shadow; your profile is then deleted and a standard bot plays instead.
Stays on your device
Your settings (sound, music, vibration, reduce motion) and the game's detailed play log stay on your device. Only what is listed above is sent.
Ads, tracking and sharing
- There are no ads, and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
- Your data is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
- Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Apple services
- Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies.
- Game Center is optional; if you connect, Apple processes your leaderboard scores and achievements.
- Notifications are sent only if you allow them: at most once a day, the 21:01 front report, scheduled on your device.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our server in Türkiye (Ankara) and is not transferred abroad. All connections between the app and the server are encrypted (TLS). Your data is kept until you delete it. Cities' total contribution and front results remain as anonymous totals.
Deleting your data
In the game, Settings → Delete my data immediately deletes your nickname, player ID, progress, Shadow profile, inbox and challenges from the server. Purchases stay with your Apple Account and can be restored. You can also request deletion by email at mail@semihkaya.com.tr. Anonymous usage statistics cannot be matched to anyone, so they are not part of this deletion; you can stop sending them in Settings → Anonymous analytics.
Children
CEPHE 81 is rated 4+. Apart from a nickname, no personal information is requested; we recommend children do not use their real name as a nickname.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and exercise your other rights under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Article 11) and the GDPR by writing to mail@semihkaya.com.tr. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
