Terms of Use
EFFECTIVE 10 OCTOBER 2026
These terms govern your use of Pack the Truck ("the game"), developed by Semih Kaya ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the game you accept these terms. They apply in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); if they conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.

1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, rent or redistribute the game.
2. Virtual currency and items
Cash, gems, fuel, boosters, paints, parts and other virtual items in the game are for use in the game only. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game. They are not your property; you receive a right to use them in the game. We may change prices, items and in-game rewards to keep the game balanced.
3. In-app purchases
Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. We never see your payment details. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests go through Apple (https://reportaproblem.apple.com). Permanent purchases can be restored on the same Apple ID with "Restore purchases" in the Shop. Consumable purchases (for example gem packs) are not restored once used.
4. Save data
Your progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the game, resetting or losing the device can lose your progress and any unused virtual items, and we may not be able to restore them.
5. Ads
The game shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional. Ads are served by third parties (Google AdMob), who are responsible for their content. How data is processed is explained in our privacy policy.
6. Your conduct
You agree not to enter text in the game, such as your company name, that infringes others' rights, is abusive or is unlawful. Cheating, game-modifying software and any method that disrupts the normal operation of the game are not allowed. We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict the service for use that breaks these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The game's code, design, art, audio, text and name belong to us or our licensors. Third-party audio and content are subject to their own licences, listed on the game's Credits screen.
8. Limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of data or progress arising from use of the game. In no case does our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the game in the last 12 months. This section does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes and end of service
We may update the game, add or remove features, or withdraw the game. We may change these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep any rights granted by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where they live.
