MISKET: SOKAK OYUNU

Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 11, 2026

In short: Misket collects no personal data from you; your game save stays on your own device. To improve the game, only anonymous usage statistics are sent, and you can turn this off in Settings. The only ads are rewarded ads you open yourself; they are served by Google AdMob, are not personalised and do not track you.

Data we collect

We collect no personal data. No third-party analytics or tracking tools are used; the game only sends the anonymous usage statistics described below to the developer’s own server, and you can turn this off in Settings. The app does not ask for location, camera, contacts, photos or tracking permission.

The services described below (Google AdMob; on iPhone and iPad, Apple Game Center; on Android, Google Play Games) only come into play when you use that feature, and are subject to their own privacy policies.

What is stored on your device

Your game progress (nickname, avatar, marbles, stars, lives and settings) is stored only in the app’s storage on your device. It never reaches us. Deleting the app deletes this save as well.

Anonymous usage statistics

To balance and improve the game (for example, to see which levels players find hard), the game sends anonymous usage statistics to the developer’s own server (uygulama.semihkaya.tr). This data is not shared with third parties, not sold, not used for advertising or tracking, and not combined with other data.

What is sent: the game’s first launch and sessions; the start and end of the tutorial; the start and result of a level (level number, game type, number of stars, whether it was won, whether it was abandoned). Along with these, only the game version and your device’s region setting are sent.

Identifier: When installed, the game creates a random install number on your device and sends events with this number. It is not linked to your nickname, avatar, Apple ID, Game Center ID or advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, the Google advertising ID on Android); a new one is created if you delete and reinstall the game.

Not collected: name, nickname, email, contacts, location, advertising identifier and your moves in the game. The server does not store your IP address with these statistics; the server’s standard access logs may keep the IP address briefly for security and operations.

Retention: Event records are kept for at most about 13 months and then deleted automatically; only daily totals remain.

Turning it off: If you turn off “Anonymous analytics” in Settings, the game stops sending statistics and deletes any events on your device that have not been sent yet.

Rewarded ads (Google AdMob)

An ad only plays when you tap “Reklam izle” (watch an ad): for a life, a few marbles, getting lost marbles back or doubling your allowance. No ads are shown during a match, and the whole game can be played without watching any.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. With every ad request we ask Google for non-personalised ads, for child-directed treatment, and for ads rated for general audiences (G) only. The advertising identifier is not accessed (Apple’s IDFA on iOS; the Android app does not even request the Google advertising ID permission), no tracking permission is requested and there is no tracking across apps.

To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google’s ad software may process device and app information (model, operating system, language), the IP address (and the coarse location derived from it), ad interactions and diagnostics. This data is processed by Google under Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses data from partners’ apps; it does not reach us as personal data.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent form is shown before the first ad where the law requires it; you can change your choice at any time.

Game Center: leaderboards and online matches

Online matches are only in the iPhone and iPad app. If you are signed in, your leaderboard scores and achievements are sent to Apple’s Game Center service. This data is processed by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy; we only display the Game Center nicknames, profile pictures and scores Apple provides on the in-game leaderboard screen.

Online matches are set up through Game Center: you invite a friend or are matched with anyone. Your opponent sees your Game Center nickname. During a match, only what the game needs to work travels directly between the two devices through Game Center: your shots, the marble look you chose, the result and emojis picked from a fixed list. In a Match for marbles the list of marbles in your pouch is also sent to your opponent’s device so that both stakes can be chosen with equal value. There is no free-text chat. This data never reaches us and is not stored anywhere.

You can turn Game Center off at any time in Settings › Game Center on your iPhone or iPad.

On Android, leaderboards and achievements use Google Play Games: if you are signed in, your scores and achievements are sent to Google and processed under Google’s privacy policy. The game only shows the player names and scores Play Games provides on the leaderboard screen. You can sign out of Play Games or manage your profile in the Play Games app.

In-app purchases

Cosmetic items in the Toy Shop (Oyuncakçı) and the Summer Report Card (Yaz Karnesi) premium track are bought through Apple’s App Store on iPhone and iPad. Your payment and account details are processed only by Apple and never reach us. The game only learns from Apple which items you own. To keep track of revenue and refunds, Apple notifies the developer’s server about purchases and refunds (product, price, currency, store country, transaction ID); these notifications do not include your name, email or Apple ID.

On Android the same items are bought through Google Play. Your payment and account details are processed only by Google under Google’s privacy policy and never reach us. The game only learns from Google Play which items you own.

Marbles and in-game money are never sold for real money.

Children

Misket is suitable for players of all ages. We collect no personal data from anyone, including children. Ad requests are marked child-directed and non-personalised, and only ads for general audiences are shown.

Parents can turn off online matches under Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions › Game Center › Multiplayer Games, and can use Apple’s Ask to Buy to approve purchases. On Android, Google Play’s purchase authentication setting and Google Family Link can be used for purchases.

Changes

If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page with a new date.
