FREQUENTLY ASKED

How do I play online?

Tap the green Online button on the map and choose Friendly match or Match for marbles. From Game Center you can invite a friend or be matched with anyone. You need to be signed in to Game Center, and both devices need the latest version of Misket. Online matches are only available on iPhone and iPad, not on Android.

What happens to my marbles in a Match for marbles?

Both players put in marbles of equal value (at most three each). Every marble you win in the match, your opponent’s included, is yours. If your opponent leaves, your own marbles still in play come back to you; if you leave, you keep what you won and lose your marbles still in play. Nothing is at stake in a friendly match.

How do I message my opponent?

During a match, the emoji button at the bottom right sends ready-made emojis and short phrases. Because children play too, there is no free text. Tap “Mute” there to hide your opponent’s emojis.

Are there ads in the game?

Only optional rewarded ads: one opens when you tap “Watch an ad” for a life, a few marbles, getting lost marbles back or doubling your allowance. No ads appear during a match. Ads are not personalised, there is no tracking, and only ads for general audiences are shown.

I watched an ad but got no reward.

The reward comes when the ad is watched to the end; closing it early gives no reward. If you see “No ads right now”, try again a little later. Each reward has a daily allowance that renews the next day.

I’m out of lives. What can I do?

A life comes back every 30 minutes. If you don’t want to wait, buy one with the Lira in your pouch or watch an ad for one. A draw costs no life.

I ran out of marbles. What can I do?

You can get pocket money from your mum every day, buy marbles with Lira at the Corner Shop, watch an ad for a few marbles, and play the daily challenge without staking any marbles. Marbles are never sold for real money.

Why do the levels on the map have different shapes?

Each shape is a different game: circle Düz (the row), diamond Karış, triangle Üçgen, dashed circle Çember, circle with a hole Çukur, pill Kovalamaca. The first time a new game comes up, a card explains its rules.

A cosmetic I bought isn’t showing.

In the Toy Shop, tap Restore at the top right. Everything bought with the same Apple Account (on iPhone and iPad) or the same Google account (on Android) comes back.

Does my progress move to another phone?

Your game save stays on your device only. Cosmetics you bought are tied to your Apple Account on iPhone and iPad, or your Google account on Android, and come back with Restore on a new device using the same account.

How do I change the language?

In the game: Settings › Language. Misket is available in English, Turkish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish.

How do I change my ad consent?

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent form appears before the first rewarded ad. You can change your choice at any time under Settings › Ad privacy; this row only appears where consent is required. Ads are never personalised either way.

How do I stop sending usage statistics?

The game sends anonymous usage statistics to help improve it. Turn off Settings › Anonymous analytics and sending stops; events not yet sent are deleted from your device. Details are in the privacy policy.

Can I play on iPad or Android?

Yes. Misket plays on iPhone and iPad, and on Android phones and tablets, in portrait. The Android version is coming soon to Google Play.

My name isn’t on the leaderboard.

Sign in under Settings › Game Center on your iPhone or iPad; your scores are sent while the game is open. On Android, leaderboards use Google Play Games: sign in from the Play Games app or in the game under Leaderboards › Sign in. iPhone and Android players are on separate leaderboards.

Refunds

On iPhone and iPad, refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android they are handled by Google: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
